Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: Free delivery is available on all orders over £79.
Standard Shipping: Orders below £79 are subject to a shipping charge of £6.99.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a tracking link with full delivery details.

Fast Shipping

We aim to deliver your order within 1–3 days, provided it is processed by 12pm on the day the order is placed. All deliveries are handled by our trusted shipping partner, DPD.

Shipping Standards

To maintain a consistent level of service quality, we follow Herbalife’s Standard Operating Procedures. The guidelines are as follows:

Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 12:00pm on a business day are generally sent to the warehouse on the same day and, in many cases, dispatched immediately.

Next-Day Processing: Orders placed after 12:00pm are forwarded to the warehouse on the next business day and are usually shipped that same day.

Processing Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of processing, provided it is a business day.

Please note that orders placed during public holidays, weekends, or at the beginning or end of the month may be subject to minor delays.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be modified or cancelled. We therefore recommend carefully reviewing all order details before completing your purchase.
